Dr. Gregory Okoniewski
DDS
Dr. Gregory M. Okoniewski earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1984, where he also held the role of President of the Delta Sigma Delta fraternity during his senior year. In pursuit of furthering his education, he graduated from the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dentistry in 2007 and has since dedicated his career to advancing dental practices and improving patient outcomes. A key element of his approach is building strong relationships with his patients, emphasizing patient education as a cornerstone of his philosophy. Dr. Okoniewski believes that informed patients are empowered to make the best decisions for their oral health, and he takes the time to ensure they fully understand their treatment options.
With a commitment to lifelong learning, Dr. Okoniewski graduated from the International Dental Implant Association in 2018 and participated in a missionary trip to the Dominican Republic the same year, placing dental implants for underserved communities. He is also a distinguished member of the International College of Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Academy, highlighting his respected status in the global dental community.
A veteran of organized dentistry, Dr. Okoniewski has been an active member of the Oakland County Dental Society, Michigan Dental Association, and American Dental Association since 1984. He served on the board from 1993 to 1994 and was president from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, he has been a dedicated member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1984, where he held the position of Michigan president in 1994.
His dedication to excellence was recognized in 1993 when he received the Fellowship Award (FAGD) from the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Okoniewski is also a longstanding member of the Detroit Dental Clinic Club, having served as president in 1995.
Dr. Okoniewski’s focus on innovative dental solutions and commitment to community service continues to shape his practice. At Advanced Dental Concepts, his mission is to provide exceptional care that prioritizes patient comfort, education, and satisfaction, ensuring that each patient feels valued and well-informed throughout their dental journey. In his free time, Dr. Okoniewski loves to spend time with his family, especially his two young grandchildren.

DDS
Dr. Patel is a highly skilled and dedicated dentist with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Leadership Management, as well as a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy, where she graduated as the youngest in her class. She specializes in restorative, digital, and cosmetic dentistry, including Clear Aligners and Veneers, and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental care.
After serving the Miami, Florida community for the past three years and gaining extensive experience in cosmetic procedures, Dr. Patel is thrilled to return to her home state of Michigan to continue providing personalized, high-quality care to her patients. Dr Patel strives for a patient-centered approach with focus on comfort to enhance both the function and aesthetics of her patients’ smiles.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and raising her mini goldendoodle, Milo. Dr. Patel is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association.
