There’s quite a lot that you learn as you grow up! Through experience, during class time, from parents, and more, knowledge comes at you from every direction! However, as your teens may be realizing as they approach adulthood, there are some details (such as filing one’s taxes) that may fall between the cracks. For a fun and educational take on growing up and feeling prepared, your kids may wish to attend the upcoming Teen “How To” Adult Series: Filing A 1040EZ.
What Is This?
This is one part of a three-part event, which serves to highlight some important things your kiddos will likely need to know in regard to becoming successful, knowledgeable adults! This segment of the series will cover how to fill out a 1040EZ form, so your kids can enter the workforce feeling prepared to file their taxes with ease! Good news: The event also includes free drinks and pizza!
When Is It?
This portion of the event series will take place on January 22nd, 2019 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Where Is It?
Your teens can join other community members at the Community Center Wesson Room. The Community Center is found at: 1827 N Squirrel Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
Who Is Invited?
Teens ages 13 through 18 are welcome to attend!

The entire event (food and drinks, too) is free!
