Porcelain Crowns (Caps)

- Before: Patient needs Upper Arch Rehabilitation. Presents with Upper Anterior teeth that are stained and spaced.

- After: Smile restored with placement of 6 Upper All Porcelain Crowns (Caps). Gumline and incisal edges are now uniform. Patient now has longer, better shaped teeth to enhance the smile line and aid in chewing/biting function; also large fillings with decay were removed and replace with white composite fillings; patient cannot stop smiling!
Porcelain Fixed Bridges

- Before: Decayed, fractured and missing teeth. The patient did not smile or want to show his teeth.

- After: Smile restored with 2 fixed bridges (6 units on right and 3 units on left). Now he is not embarrassed to smile.
Periodontal Disease (Maintenance)

- Before: Patient showing signs of peridontal disease; stained teeth with plaque and tartar buildup.

- After: A deep cleaning was performed using the ultrasonic scaler. The root surfaces were cleaned to remove all of the plaque and tartar hidden underneath the gumline. The gums are clearly more healthy afterwards.

- Before: This tooth had a large amalgam mercury filling that was fractured and leaking which allowed decay to start again around the edges.

- After: The amalgam and decay was removed and replaced with an all porcelain onlay using the cad cam computer system Dr. Okoniewski has in his office. Crowns and onlays like this one can be done in one visit.

- Before: This patient had discoloration of his upper front teeth and worn enamel on his upper and lower incisal edges and back molars, due to teeth grinding (bruxism).

- After: The patient recieved -metal free- all porcelain restorations resulting in 12 veneers on the top and 12 on the bottom to restore his youthful appearance, color, and function.
