The ninth annual Paddlepalooza is being held on June 3, and early registration for those who want to take part is open. This annual canoe/kayak race and river event is a fun tradition that is sponsored by both the City Of Auburn Hills, and the City Of Rochester Hills. An eight mile stretch of the Clinton River will house competitions for experienced kayakers and canoeing enthusiasts. You can also take part in an untimed event for amateurs who want to have a little fun out on the river.
When:
Paddlepalooza is taking place on Saturday, June 3, with shuttle service to the river provided at 6:30 am, and check-in beginning at 7 am. Listed activities should conclude by noon.
Where:
The event is taking place on the Clinton River, starting in Riverside Park, and terminating at the Rivercrest Banquet Center.
Cost:

Timed races for kayakers and canoers will be held in the morning. An untimed “adventure” paddle session will also be held.
