What Is the Walk for Warmth?
The Oakland County Walk for Warmth is an annual community event hosted by the Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLSHA) to help raise funds for those in need of warmth this winter. The walk is family friendly and non competitive, with lots of entertainment including face painting, giveaways, and music throughout the walk course. Each participant will receive a goodie bag and a commemorative t-shirt, and the event proceeds will benefit nonprofit emergency services to keep people living in Oakland County safe and warm and to help them find long term solutions.
When and Where Will the Walk Be Held?
The Walk for Warmth will be held on Saturday, February 29th, 2020, with registration beginning at 7:30 AM and kickoff at 8:30 AM. The walk will be held at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, located at 4000 Baldwin Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
